Jamesha Williams,

Owner and Founder of Unperfectly Perfect, Your Neurodivergent Coach

Hello. My names is Jamesha Williams, and it is said the way it is spelled.... Ja-me-sha. I am named after my dad. If you guessed his name is James, you'd be right. I have always joked that they must have been expecting a boy but when I came out they said James-Ha that's no boy and it stuck. Truth is, that's not how I got my name but it is a fun story to tell.

I wanted to wow you with the best version of myself. I wanted to let you see the person who has it all together. I am many things but I am far from having everything all together. I am a big sister. I am a wife. I am a stepmom. I am a foster mom. I am a dog mom. I am a daughter of Christ. I am a friend. I am someone who loves to bake and I am pretty good at cooking. I am crafty but not in an artist kind of way. I am a "give my shirt off my back" type of girl.

I am many great things but I am also a few flawed things. I am someone who has felt insecure. I have been someone whose brain rattles with anxiety. I am someone that sometimes has procrastinated in life due to my need to be perfect. I am real. I am honest. I am someone who has OCD. I am someone diagnosed with Bipolar. I know when I need to be an amazing listener and when to look outside the box to solve problems. I am impulsive and methodical. I'm chaotic and steadfast. I am imperfect and realizing how refreshing that is.

I am also a neurodivergent, an advocate, and a neurodivergent coach. I bring 24 years of experience working with people (both children and adults)from different backgrounds, economical status, varying levels of education, and varying levels of mental and neurological functions. These last few years I have spent working in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) focused on children with Autism. I have seen how broken the system is and the lack of support for children and the families of children whom are neurodivergent.

I have worked with the adults who have grown up in this broken system and have become dependent on the state to survive. I see the need for something different and want to be that change.

As a neurodivergent coach, I help families with neurodivergent children create structure, learn life skills, and transform from surviving daily chaos feeling like failures to thriving with confidence, understanding their child's needs, and creating family harmony that celebrates their beautiful differences.

I help families navigate and thrive with neurodivergence in everyday life.

If you are looking for an approach that takes in account your family's and your child's needs, I look forward to speaking with you further.

I am happy to be here with you. I thank you for entrusting me to help navigate this next chapter of your life.

Remember neurodivergence is a gift not a curse.
